As our teaching clinic expands, the School would like to appoint some Research Assistants for conducting the research activities at the The Chinese University of Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Specialty Clinic cum Clinical Teaching and Research Centre and The Integrative Medical Centre(IMC). This will be on honorary basis and the roles will be assisting the teachers during the consultation sessions and conduct some surveys with the patients. We have also listed out some particular teachers which could be matched with potential candidates.

Requirement:

Candidate should be a graduate from SCM, CUHK, less than five years of graduation ispreferable;

Candidate who had obtained Registration from Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong is preferable;

Candidate is required to abide by the administrative and service regulations and internal administrative guidelines of the SCM Teaching Clinic and IMC;
-
Candidate is required to maintain the confidentiality of clinic patient data and classified information under SCM Teaching Clinic and IMC;
-
Candidate is required to fulfill the duties# assigned by SCM and IMC;
-
This appointment is on honorary basis, no monetary compensation shall be provided to the candidate; and
-
Duration of the appointment will be 6-months, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance;

Candidate who can type Chinese Characters is preferable.
# Duties may include but not limited to clinical assistance to CMP, knowledge sharing with students, assist clinic events such as Natural Moxibustion (天灸) and School’s community services such as freeconsultations (義診服務).
